Customize to Your Preferences

You’ll go through a simple cut sheet with Jenn.

Select package sizes, cut thickness, special items and more.

If you don’t want a particular cut, it simply goes into ground meat — nothing is wasted.

For ¼ beef: You receive a mix of front and hind quarters.

Pick Up On The Farm

When your order is ready, we will call to arrange a pickup date and time for your freezer-ready meat.

Beef

21-day dry age hang to optimize flavor and tenderness.

Ready approximately 3 weeks after cut date

Lamb & Pork

Cut & processed within 3 days to minimize moisture loss and yield excellent flavor.

Ready ~1 week after cut date

Pricing (Approximate)

All pricing is based on hanging weight, which is the weight of the animal after it has been harvested and before it’s cut by the butcher. Costs include meat, butchering and processing.

Beef

  • ¼ Beef: $1,300–$1,500
  • ½ Beef: $2,400–$2,600
  • Whole Beef: $4,600–$5,000

Pork

  • ½ Hog: $500
  • Whole Hog: $950

Lamb

  • ½ Lamb: $450–$550
  • Whole Lamb: $900–$1,100

Deposit

$500 deposit – Beef & Lamb | $250 deposit – Pork

Deposits hold your cut date. Full amount due payable by cash or Venmo at pick up.
