You’ll go through a simple cut sheet with Jenn.
Select package sizes, cut thickness, special items and more.
If you don’t want a particular cut, it simply goes into ground meat — nothing is wasted.
For ¼ beef: You receive a mix of front and hind quarters.
When your order is ready, we will call to arrange a pickup date and time for your freezer-ready meat.

Cut & processed within 3 days to minimize moisture loss and yield excellent flavor.

All pricing is based on hanging weight, which is the weight of the animal after it has been harvested and before it’s cut by the butcher. Costs include meat, butchering and processing.
